About Isabel Hospice.
If you have a life-limiting illness, Isabel Hospice can care for you and your family. All care is free and can be provided in the home by the Hospice at Home team, by Living Well and community nursing teams online, or at the In-Patient Unit. Many of the patients have cancer, however almost 50% of those cared for have other life-limiting conditions. The Hospice has to rely heavily on donations from the community, as well as income from fundraising events.
